Country crooner Blake Shelton and pop diva Gwen Stefani have been headline-grabbers since they went public with their very affectionate romance last year. Both were coming off of high-profile, scandalous divorces from other celebrities, and they very unexpectedly found love with each other while serving as judges on hit TV series “The Voice.” They seemed like one of the music world's most unlikely couples, but they're still going strong over a year later.
That doesn't mean that they're immune to a little teasing, especially from comedian and talk show host Ellen Degeneres, who always likes to give her guests a little good-natured ribbing. On a recent episode of her talk show, Degeneres asked Shelton if he minded talking about his relationship with Stefani, to which he replied that he loved talking about her! What followed was one of the sweetest things we've seen in a long time, and it also shed a lot of light on the pair's relationship and why it works.
