These are sad times for country music fans everywhere as the news has come in that Jeff Walker, one of the most influential men of Music Row, passed away on Monday night, August 24, at he age of 65.

Walker died in Nashville following a trip to Florida. He experienced a heart attack at the airport and later died in the hospital.

Being a CEO wasn't Walkers only admirable attribute. Anyone close to him knew him as a brilliant man, successful in all his endeavors. He has been know to work in multiple branches of the entertainment industry from radio all the way to club promotion. He always made his audience smile with his sharp wit and popular Australian accent that made him so recognizable.

The world has lost a great man and he will be sorely missed.
