Emotions were heavy and Milton Patton just could not help but shed tears after the long-awaited reaction to his outstanding audition on America's Got Talent.
The 21-year-old performed an inspiring version of Brad Paisley's “Whiskey Lullaby” that moved the crowds and earned him a standing ovation.
Patton revealed to the judges an amazing story about his life, trying to avoid the gang life, as well as his turning to country music following a heartbreaking split from his girlfriend. Following the bad breakup, Patton turned his passion to country music; so much so that he decided to sleep outside the night before his audition. This inspiring story and performance moved audiences and helped Patton get one step closer to his dream.
