Shelton admitted he ran into trouble trying to write a song about a bird. While he can easily write about himself, he confessed that he doesn't have a lot of experience being shot out of a slingshot — although he apparently does have quite a bit of experience playing the popular game.
Plus, he admits he played the game a lot before signing onto the project.
“I wish I had a dollar for every minute I lost playing that freaking game, you know?” he says. “Well, I guess I do now.”
Even if you're not a fan of the Angry Birds game or of animated movies in general, hearing Shelton provide the voice of a country pig is just too good to pass up! We don't know about you, but we plan to be first in line when the much-anticipated movie hits theaters!
