It's always interesting hearing about big Country Music stars going through the same day to day life events that we go through. Carrie Underwood is no different and with her first child on the way, she turns to a great friend in Brad Paisley to ask for life advice just like we turn to our friends. CMT news reported on the text messages sent between Carrie and Brad.

So surely he’s got some advice for her. Or maybe he doesn’t.

“I have no clue what to tell her,” Paisley told me during his recent visit to Chicago. “I’ve gotten a few of texts from Carrie … like, ‘Who’s your pediatrician?’ And, ‘How do you do that?’ Or, ‘What’s this?’”

Even though Paisley has the fatherhood thing down to a science, he admits it’s very different for a female artist.

“My kids get to be home with my wife, their mother,” he noted. “And it’s a much different thing when it’s the mom going on the road. I cannot imagine what it would be like if she’s got a weekend with three shows, and she’d have to just leave breast milk in the fridge. That would be rough.”
