Cowboys do cry, especially at sad news. Country music star Daron Norwood, 49, has passed away. Fans all over the world are in mourning, heartbroken over the word that the “If I Ever Love Again” singer died while staying in his Texas home. How sad!
Daron was discovered unresponsive in his Hereford, Texas home around 2 p.m. on July 22, reports E! News. Police Chief Brant Harrison said that officers, along with medical personnel, responded to an emergency call placed by Daron’s landlord. The landlord had let himself into Daron’s apartment to check on the country singer.
When they authorities arrived, they discovered Daron had been dead for a while. Officials say they didn’t see any signs of foul play and his death remains under investigation. He was last seen hanging out with friends on Tuesday, July 21, according to reports. How sad. At 49, he was still very young!
For those who assume that Daron was on drugs or a heavy drinker are wrong! Actually, he was a Motivational Singer and he was very family-orientated.

I have to be honest, I’ve never heard of Daron or his music. Listening to songs on iTunes, I’m wondering why we haven’t heard more about him. His songs, voice, and the feeling in those songs are incredible. This story is sad. I hope the family can find answers on why he passed away and get some peace. Do dirty for their loss and country musics loss. RIP Daron. <3
