The Country Superstar Didn't Hesitate To Come To Her Friend's Aid!
Country music icon Dolly Parton recently release a holiday video message asking the public to assist in her efforts to find a kidney donor for one of her dearest friends.
Parton is making the plea on behalf of her attorney and longtime friend Jerry Edelstein, who's been on the waiting list for a kidney transplant for years but recently learned that his situation is urgent because he's now in kidney failure.
Parton joined forces with the Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation of America and Public Good to find a donor with Type O blood for Edelstein.
