In fact, Priscilla was one of the co-founders of Elvis Presley Enterprises, which is single-handedly responsible for the success of Graceland, as one of the top tourist attractions in the United States. They were a good team. Upon divorce in 1973, the two are said to have even left the courthouse “hand-in-hand.”

In her autobiography, she said that she often felt “physically and emotionally unfulfilled.” This ultimately led to the 1972 affair that put her in the position to choose her destiny. It's said that Elvis understood the reason why it happened and did, in fact, blame himself. Due to a few events that followed, the relationship was never rekindled. Through it all, however, the two still continued to love one another and to remain close to each other's hearts.
