If the reports are true, it's a wish granted for Shelton. Just recently, he lamented the fact that his lady love would no longer work alongside him.
“I don’t want Gwen to not be on the show, why can’t we have a fifth coach?” Shelton asked Extra TV in December.
When asked who she will miss the most, Stefani offered a tease, saying, “I wonder … ”
“It’s the combination. It’s the chemistry,” she added.
The pop star said she was “devastated” that she only had three more shows, adding, “I’m probably gonna put out my record and do some shows.” But now it looks she’ll get to stay.
We love this story! We (and all of their fans) love watching their chemistry and can't wait to see more of them as a couple. Plus, as talented as these two are, all of the contestants in Shelton's group are going to have the benefit of two super-talented coaches!
