As soon as he said it the names of our legendary, female Country Singers like Reba and Dolly where undermined…
If You Don't Have Anything Nice To Say… Don't Say Anything At All.
Jason Aldean was asked his opinion on why female country singers are struggling to get their songs heard on the radio and his response has stirred up some controversy. Although he isn't quite sure why the female singers are having a harder time, he does have a theory.
“I feel like a lot of times female singers, to me, when they’re singing – and I’ll probably kick myself for saying this – a lot of times, it just seems like I can’t distinguish one from the other sometimes if I just listen to them, you know?” Aldean said. “A lot of times they just sound really similar to me. And then you have some that come out like a Carrie [Underwood] or Miranda [Lambert] that really has a different, distinctive sound to their voice, then it’s like, oh, okay, you can tell them apart all of a sudden.
He also says, “Listening to country radio, you always have these labels that are putting out new acts and it’s like, you already don’t know who this person is. So what is going to make you remember them?”
What Do You Think About Jason Aldean's Comments, Do You Agree?
There was a lot of controversy about this earlier in 2015 so I am sure this is where it is steaming from.
Maybe Jason has a point… you HAVE to be different these days to make a difference in the entertainment industry.

Love Jason Aldean
Shut u out mouth and play your bull$#%&!@*music ,you suck
He was wrong about Women. He needs to mind his own business and leave the great women singers alone. They are better than the men singers are to me. Just saying! All the men sound just like. If one records rap the others record rap. Women don’t fall into that category. Their music still tells stories. The men like loud music that drown them out.
He was right they all do sound the same it is what it is
Go easy he is a man if a woman says “Could you empty the trash ?” she is nagging ..Male dictionary has limited definitions #Letthemusicplay
Tell em
He’s not wrong.
Half the time I can’t tell what female singer I’m listening to.
Um…. They ASKED his opinion. He didn’t just randomly blurt that$#%&!@*out. There is no “own business to mind” he was freaking asked a question, and answered it.
I’m 100 percent sure I can tell maddie and tae ( or Miranda ) from raelynn.
Just saying.
Miranda sure.
The rest eh. Perhaps.
Please go away now asshead
He is a cheater and now this?uugghh!
Nothing wrong with what he said
Stupid people say stupid things. He has let money go to his head. To bad he’s not, by any means as, as good as he thinks
Jason = over rated
I wouldn’t let the Washington Compost interview my dog.
Mhm that’s right he better be in hot water
But it’s not just female singers, I can’t tell the difference in a lot of newer males in country too… Far too many newer artists sound the same. In fact I heard a mash-up of several different songs by several different artists and in the end it was the same song. They could switch to any of them and your brain new exactly where they were at on all of them. I find most of the newer country to be sad as its not even really country music anymore. For example look at Sam Hunt, he is a pop singer. That is just one example the list could easily go on.
If it looks like a jerk; talks like a jerk; sings like a jerk; odds are it’s a jerk. Royal Jerk.
Him n Luke need to think b4 they speak or better just keep their mouth shut
Omg he was ask a question honestly would you rather he lie? Get over it we all have opinions. I’m glad he’s honest
