It's hard work to make these things happen because thousands and thousands of people are always making requests… however, Luke Bryan saw something special and he wanted to go above and beyond.
… and he did.
When Lila May was just two-years-old, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma. After years of battling the disease, doctors told the little girl's family that her body was no longer strong enough to fight.
When Luke received wind of the story, he was quick to help Lila May's dream come true.
But Luke didn't stop there! He sent little Lila May a personalized video message, and even got VIP tickets to an upcoming show for the whole family.
He even arranged to bring her onstage to sing her favorite song, “That's My Kind of Night”.
Tragically, Lila May Schow passed away on September 12, 2015, before she was able to dance with Luke.

What a sad story but at least she did get to talk to Luke Bryan and he tried everything in his power to make her happy… Unfortunately it was too late.
