Paul Simon Showed That His Generosity Is Just As Limitless As His Musical Prowess!
Folk singer Paul Simon probably isn't the first name that comes to mind when you think of country music, but that didn't stop the Country Music Hall of Fame from enlisting his help — and his incredible talent — for its recent benefit concert.
Simon joined country music heavyweights Carrie Underwood, Vince Gill, Brad Paisley and Emmylou Harris in early October for the “All for the Hall New York” concert to benefit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
While Simon typically isn't associated with the country music industry, he does share something important with the esteemed institution — Simon is from Tennessee, the home state of the hall, which is located in Nashville.
