She threw a surprise concert at the CMT Instant Jam series on September 18! It was an open event where fans were able to gain access with a wristband that they received after waiting in line for few hours.
By attending this event, Underwood was able to become part of those who have participated before such as Kenny Chesney, Hunter Hayes, and much more!
In addition, she also performed at Roundhouse on September 21, becoming the first country singer to lead the show!
