Often unappreciated, it's those that contribute to the more subtle parts of our life that can often make the most impact, giving our career flight in ways that we seemingly take for granted.

Just two days apart, Josh Turner was faced with the loss of two of very important parts of his life. Not only did they make sure he got his all of his events on time — with equipment to perform —  and that the world got to know him inside and out, but they were two of Turner's close friends and will be deeply missed.

They say to keep friends and family separate from business; but what happens when those who have contributed so much to your success are just too hard not to love? Turner is in mourning after the loss his friends and associates. And, it could not come at a worse time.
