Country Singer, Tyler Hayes, originally posted “Joey's Song” on YouTube a month ago. He plans on selling the track and give 100% of the proceeds to a charity of Joey's choice so that she will continue touching lives long after she's gone. As his sympathies are carried to Joey and her family at this most trying time, he took these words to Facebook:
“I know if I was standing in front of her right now I would be at a loss for words… I wrote this song in order to be a reminder that no matter what happens to Joey in the upcoming weeks, she will NEVER leave her family and those who care about her most. Even though her physical body may be gone, her presence will never leave.”
Time is closing in and the world will again lose a star too young. She has been one of the brightest stars in our universe lately and will never be forgotten. If you haven't heard it yet, you should probably take a listen right now!
