I am sure that it's hard being a famous Country Music Artist and that is why Rascal Flatts is not pressing criminal charges against the two suspects.

Rascal Flatts is requesting that no criminal charges be pressed against two teenagers who reportedly stole the country band's $2,000 custom guitar.

The guitar was stolen Friday night at the Willamette Country Music Festival backstage, according to a news release from the Linn County Sheriff's Office. Police identified a 19-year-old man from Eugene and a 17-year-old girl from Junction City as suspects.

A Linn County Sheriff's Office detective recovered the guitar after he met the male suspect on Sunday. The two teenagers were cooperative when interviewed by investigators, police said.
