This includes hitmaker Tim McGraw, who offered an especially moving tribute to Campbell — and one that's sure to make anyone get misty.
At this year's Academy Awards, McGraw performed Campbell's Oscar-nominated song “I’m Not Gonna Miss You,” which Campbell co-wrote in 2010 before his symptoms began to interfere with his writing and performing.
