  • Country Fans Flock To Nashville for CMA Music Festival

Many fans consider this Festival the “Super Bowl of Country Music” and it's easy to see why.  Growing from a small Fan Fair, it is now THE Festival on every country music fans' bucket list.

Country music’s biggest party is taking place in Nashville this week. Fans from all over the world will descend on the Music City from June 11-14 for the CMA Music Festival, four days of country music from hundreds of artists including live concerts, meet-and-greets, autograph signings, celebrity sporting events and more.
Now in its 44th year, the CMA Music Festival is hosted by the Country Music Association. The first event in 1972 was attended by 5,000 people and featured 20 hours of live entertainment. This year’s festival will have more than 150 hours of concerts in downtown Nashville at LP Field and scenic Riverfront Park, and will be attended by 100,000 fans or more.

Not only do the artists perform, but there have been celeb sightings in and around downtown Nashville.  Hey, they're people too!  And who doesn't like a cold one on a hot day?

Big names in country music will perform each night at LP Field, home of the NFL’s Tennessee Titans. The line-up includes a mix of current and old school singers such as Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line, Alan Jackson, Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley, Zac Brown Band, Maddie & Tae, Little Big Town, The Oak Ridge Boys, The Band Perry, Sam Hunt, Keith Urban, Cole Swindell and Restless Heart.

In addition to the array of artists, the Festival is held in an NFL stadium.  No wonder it's the “Super Bowl of Country Music”.
