I'll Always Remember You” is off Strait's 27th studio album, Here For A Good Time. He and his son, Bubba, co-wrote seven of the eleven tracks. The song is more or less a love letter to his fans for supporting him.

I don't know about you, but this is a pretty stand up thing for any artist to do. There are so many that actually disrespect and disregard their fans… the people that buy their albums, pay to get into their concerts and encourage them to continue. George Strait, you are appreciated in return!
