  • Five Country Music Songs That Are Great To Work Out To

    All of these tracks have a nice tempo and base to them. They are fast enough to get your adrenaline pumping and continue your work out.

    The best thing about Country Music is that you do not have to listen to tons of curse words and high-pitched music that will give you a heart attack from anxiety.

    These were literally the first five songs on my iPod under my “Sweat It Out Playlist”. I have to laugh because looking through I have a lot of boy hating music! I love my man but I would say that while I am working out it is a hostile environment.

    The best way to really get in to your workout is to find your favorite songs and let them blare as loud as possible, but lets not forget the most important two steps. First you must sing at the top of your lungs with them, nobody can hear you so get down with your bad self. Secondly you must rock some of those to hot to show dance moves! I know I am not the only guilty one of shaking it while I am working out, you have to have some fun!
