  • The Carolina Country Music Fest Had The Biggest Turn Out Yet

Factor in concession sales staff, maintenance crew and ticket sales staff and that number already is high.  Not to mention roadies for 11 bands setting up and breaking down equipment.

Months of planning and preparation went into bringing the Carolina Country Music Fest to Myrtle Beach before the gates could open and the bands could take the stage.

“The production part is overwhelming,” said Bob Durkin, president of Full House Productions and the event's organizer. “It started six months ago when we put the team together and making sure we have the best people in the business. We got the best production team. We got the best runners up to our supervisors. So, hopefully it goes smooth, and people don't even notice what we're doing. Then all that stuff goes unnoticed so people have a good customer experience.”

Durkin said it's the little details that make the big event such as timing, stocking food and drinks, and even the cashless wristband system.

That's not an easy task, but whatever formula they're using, it worked.
