In today's time it is normal for TV shows to come and go, however there is one program that has been a chart topper since the start! Season after season America can not get enough of American Idol. For good reason, music would not be the same today without this outstanding program. There has been so many incredibly talented individuals that have been discovered and given a once in a lifetime change at the big leagues.
Sadly to make it in the music industry it takes lots of money and lots of backing from people that know your music and believe in you. Most all of the American Idol stars have been regular joes, and many from very tough living situations. They had a dream and reached for the stars.
Bless American Idol for giving them these opportunities.
I believe that the country music industry has been blessed more then any other genre of music! We have so many outstanding artists that were discovered via American Idol. Some of our chart toppers did not even WIN the program but they pushed through to the top!
