  • This Song Is Over Two Decades Old But It’s Still The Most Touching & Emotional One Ever Produced In History

At the Global Music Awards in 1992 Patrick Swayze and his beautiful Wife Lisa Niemi graced the Global Music Awards with a dance to Whitney Hustons song, “You Build Me Up.” However, what most people didn't know during the jaw-dropping performance was that Patrick just got out of a treatment that day for his long battle with Pancreatic Cancer and was now dancing in front of millions of people.

The dance that Patrick and Lisa performed was perfectly choreographed and beautiful. Lisa seems to just flow and fall into his hands and they lovingly gaze at each others embrace.

Patrick was in obvious pain during the performance but never missed a beat and gazed into the eyes of his loyal wife who knew the struggles he was facing.

There was not one dry-eye at The Global Music Awards and the audience quickly leaped out of their seats applauding the performance.

To this day is probably the best dance ever to be shown on Live Television. Dancing with the stars can take a back seat next to this powerful couple.

You should get the facts straight instead of trying to falsify a story that needs no embellishment. Cancer was not diagnosed until 2007. This wonder performance was 1992. Patrick was never a Country Music Pioneer. He was an incredible dancer, actor and human being who loved his wife. That’s where the story is instead of trying to make up heartwrenching fiction, stick to the facts. It’s heartwrenching enough…and true.
