  • Tim McGraw & Charlie Worsham Cover Rhinestone Cowboy & It’s (almost) as Good as The Original

There is not much that Tim McGraw could do that we would not love.

Ever since he burst onto the scene he has stolen hearts across the decades with hit after hit of country favorites. His love for country music, his love for his family and his appreciation for his fans make him one that we simply refuse to part with anytime soon.

While out on tour with his wife, country megastar Faith Hill, McGraw found some time before a show to hang out with his opening act, Charlie Worsham,  and perform a little vocal warm up of sorts, as they cover Glen Campbell’s 1975 hit “Rhinestone Cowboy.”

Thankfully someone was there to record it.

They did the song proper justice. Granted I am partial to the original but this is my second favorite version of this song!

Worsham joined McGraw and Faith Hill for three Canadian stops on the Soul2Soul Tour. Other artists making appearances as opening acts on the tour include Chris Janson, Cam, Devin Dawson, Maggie Rose, Eric Paslay, Brandy Clark and many more.
